  New to The Wellness House? This is your starting point. Your new client consultation is a one-on-one personalized treatment plan with your licensed injector. We'll assess your anatomy, discuss your aesthetic goals, and map out a plan built entirely around your face. Texas State Law requires a Good Faith Exam for all new aesthetic injection clients — it's added on at your first visit, then once annually after that. Tip: add any services you'd like treated the same day when booking so we can maximize your appointment time.

• The House All-You-Need Tox$399

  Three areas · up to 45 units of Letybo

  Consider your upper face handled. One flat rate for the three classic upper-face areas — forehead, the 11s and crow's feet — with up to 45 units of Letybo and no counting units at checkout. Includes one complimentary two-week refinement if you need it — your concierge pre-books it at checkout, so it's already on the calendar. Come back at the two-week mark once everything has settled, and any units remaining within your original 45 may be used then, when clinically appropriate. Every face is different, so your injector customizes your dose to your anatomy, movement and the result you want — the full 45 units are available when appropriate, but are not a guaranteed dose. Additional areas or units beyond the 45-unit allowance are available separately, unused units don't roll over to future appointments, and all treatments are subject to medical eligibility and your provider's clinical assessment. Letybo exclusively.

• $6/Unit Toxins — Dysport & Daxxify$6 / unit

  Our $6/unit tier features fast-acting, highly diffusing toxins that are ideal for broader treatment areas — Dysport and Daxxify, two of the most popular next-generation neurotoxins. Dysport spreads efficiently, making it excellent for the forehead, crow's feet, and glabellar lines (the “11s”), while Daxxify is FDA-approved for its extended duration, with results lasting up to 6 months compared to the standard 3–4.

• $10/Unit Toxins — Botox, Xeomin & Letybo$10 / unit

  20-unit minimum

  Our $10/unit tier includes Botox, Xeomin, and Letybo — three trusted, FDA-approved neuromodulators known for precision and consistent results. Botox is the gold-standard injectable for smoothing forehead lines, crow's feet, and frown lines between the brows. Xeomin is a “naked” neurotoxin — purified without additives — making it a great option for clients who've built a tolerance to other brands. Letybo is an exciting newer entrant delivering comparable results at a premium value. Results typically last 3–4 months.

• Lip Flip, Brow Lift, or Nose Tip Lift/Pinch$100

  4–8 units · lasts 6–16 weeks

  Three small, non-filler tweaks, each using just a few units of neurotoxin. The lip flip relaxes the muscle along the upper lip border so the lip gently rolls outward — a fuller, more defined look without adding volume, ideal for a natural enhancement, a “gummy smile,” or trying lips before committing to filler. The brow lift relaxes the muscles pulling the brow downward, letting the forehead lift the tail of the brow to open the eye area and soften a heavy or hooded look. The nose tip lift, sometimes called a tip pinch, relaxes the muscle that pulls the tip of the nose down — lifting and refining the tip, especially when you smile. Subtle by design, and often paired with filler for a more complete result.

• Masseter Jaw Slimming$500

  Masseter jaw slimming uses neurotoxin injected directly into the masseter muscle — the large jaw muscle used for chewing — to reduce its size over time. As the muscle is repeatedly relaxed, it gradually softens, creating a slimmer, more oval facial silhouette. Popular for softening a square jawline, easing facial tension from teeth grinding (bruxism), or achieving a more femme, contoured face shape. Results develop over 4–6 weeks, with longer-lasting slimming after multiple sessions.

  An advanced neurotoxin technique named after the ancient Egyptian queen renowned for her long, sculpted neck. Your injector places strategic injections along the lower jawline and into the platysma bands — the vertical neck cords — to relax the downward-pulling muscles of the neck.   Thinking about starting fresh or correcting previous work? Our filler dissolve treatment uses Hyalex, a highly purified hyaluronidase enzyme that safely and precisely breaks down hyaluronic acid filler. Formulated to minimize discomfort, reduce the risk of over-correction, and work predictably — so you get targeted results, not a blank slate. This is also the first step for correcting migrated, lumpy, or overfilled product before rebooking filler.

• PCDC · Small Area$300

  PCDC (phosphatidylcholine/deoxycholate) injections — also known as Liquid Lipo — permanently destroy fat cells in targeted areas by disrupting the cell membrane, letting the body naturally eliminate the fat through the lymphatic system. Small area treatments are ideal for the chin (double chin), bra fat, armpit fat, knee fat, and small localized pockets.

  Large area treatments are suited for the abdomen, flanks, back, inner and outer thighs, and other broader zones. Fat dissolving works gradually over several weeks as your lymphatic system clears the disrupted fat cells; multiple sessions are typically needed to reach your desired result.

  Our signature customized facial and the recommended starting point for most clients. Your esthetician assesses your skin and customizes the treatment around what it needs that day — hydration, brightening, calming, congestion, texture, or overall skin health. Includes everything in The Freshen Up, with additional time for more targeted treatment and customization.

  Our most comprehensive facial, for skin that needs extra attention. Includes a deep cleanse, advanced exfoliation, more extensive extractions as needed, a customized targeted treatment, mask, finishing skincare, and appropriate advanced modalities based on your skin and your provider's assessment. Best for congestion, breakouts, stubborn texture, pigmentation, or anyone wanting a more intensive treatment.

• Tox Follow Up$50

  ~2 weeks after treatment

  Typically scheduled 2 weeks after your initial treatment — the point at which neurotoxins like Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Letybo, or Daxxify have fully set. Your injector evaluates muscle movement, symmetry, and evenness, and uses any remaining product if needed. Toxin results vary with individual muscle strength and metabolism; this appointment dials in your outcome for peak smoothing and longevity.

• Filler Follow Up$50

  Within 2 weeks of treatment

  Scheduled within 2 weeks of your initial treatment. As swelling subsides and your filler settles, your injector reassesses the results, makes any fine-tuning adjustments, and uses remaining product from your original syringe if applicable. Hyaluronic acid fillers can shift slightly during healing — this follow-up ensures your final result is symmetrical, natural, and exactly what you envisioned.

• Fat Loss Follow Up$50

  Progress check-in

  Your fat loss follow-up tracks your body contouring progress, assesses the treated area's response to PCDC injections, and uses any remaining product from your session if applicable. Fat dissolving works gradually — this check-in confirms you're on track and guides planning for any additional rounds needed to reach your target result.
