Plain-language terms for using our website and booking with us — appointments, deposits, cancellations, and results.

Using This Website
- The content here — copy, pricing, before-and-afters, and treatment descriptions — is for general information about The Wellness House and is not medical advice
- Nothing on this site creates a provider–patient relationship; that begins at your in-person consultation
- Prices, offers, and services shown may change, and limited-time specials end on the dates stated
Booking, Deposits & Cards on File
- Appointments are booked through Boulevard, and some require a deposit or a card on file to hold your time
- Deposits are applied toward your treatment total at checkout
- A card on file secures your appointment under our cancellation and no-show policy below — it is not charged at booking
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule, cancel or revise your appointment — we aren't able to accommodate same-day or day-before changes
- No-shows, and cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment, carry a late cancellation fee of $100 or your full deposit, whichever is greater — never both. By booking, you agree to this policy and authorize us to charge the card on file for that fee, which covers time reserved exclusively for you and is not a charge for services
- Clients who no-show are blocked from booking with us again
- If you book by mistake and cancel within the same hour you booked, we'll offer a one-time refund of your deposit, after which we won't be able to accept future bookings from you
- For a day-of emergency, email proof to concierge@wellnesshouseatx.com and call us as soon as possible so we can try to fill your time; any assistance is at management's discretion and isn't guaranteed
- Outside of the same-hour window above, deposits and fees are non-refundable
- A strict 10-minute grace window applies to late arrivals; beyond that is treated as a no-show with the same fee as a late cancellation. If we're still able to see you, a $50 late fee is added instead, and your visit may be shortened or rescheduled so the day stays on time for everyone
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for downtown traffic and parking
Treatments & Results
- All treatments are performed by licensed professionals following a consultation and your informed consent — our Client Consent, Release & Policy Acknowledgement is required before every appointment
- Aesthetic results vary from person to person; no specific outcome is guaranteed, and some treatments require a series or maintenance
- You'll receive aftercare guidance, and we ask that you follow it and tell us promptly about any concern
- Treatments are for clients 18 and older; clients aged 16 and 17 may be treated only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian who is present for the entire appointment, and all treatment is subject to medical eligibility
Payments & Financing
- Payment is due at the time of service; we accept major cards, and Cherry financing is available for qualifying totals
- Package, membership, and gift-card terms are provided at purchase and are non-transferable unless stated
- Retail product sales are final; opened skincare cannot be returned for safety reasons
Text Messages & Communications
- By checking the opt-in box on our pop-up or a form, you consent to receive marketing emails and recurring SMS/text messages from The Wellness House at the phone number and email you provide, sent by us or on our behalf, including via automated technology
- Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any service or product
- Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for help; unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email
